 1. Removes comments (configurable)
 2. Removes site logo
 3. Removes footer (configurable)
 3. Removes screenshots (configurable)
 4. Moves search bar to top of site
 5. Moves title links to title information
 6. Removes right panel
 7. Makes background slightly lighter in dark theme and slightly darker in light theme
